Share your smile

I woke up this morning to the sound of rain, the birds chirping and a heart full of gratefulness.

I guess it was just yet another reminder of where I was before, and how far God has lead me. A life in which I never knew was possible. People tell me everyday how inspiring I am, and how thankful they’re that I have helped shine some light in their life. Yes, I love to hear that, but more than anything I hope it’s inspiring them to inspire others. We all have our own uniqueness and just because I can inspire you, doesn’t mean I’ll be able to inspire someone else. That’s why it’s so important that we’re all taking a part in this. You could help someone else in a way in which I simply just can’t.

As I was saying above, a couple years ago I was a different person. I didn’t really know who I was, where I was going, and definitely was not confident in myself. So how did I change? God placed a beautiful career in front of me, and because of that I gained a whole new family. This family was inspiring and very motivational. So as all things in life, the more we hang around a group of people we then start to become like them. Well thank goodness this was a group feeding into my life is such a captivating way. My focus started to change. I started dreaming again. I started to believe in myself. I grew confident and started to see what I could offer to this world. My life bloomed into a sweet flower that was once dark.

So I ask you this… Who’s inspiring you and who are you inspiring? If you can’t answer this, it’s time for you to change your sails into a new direction that will bring you to a life full of happiness and blessings.

Start sharing your smile with others and shine in their life. When you do this your own heart will start to beat stronger than ever. Your life will begin to shift and you will experience a peace like no other.

Galatians 6:10 says, ” Don’t miss an opportunity to be good to people. When you’re good to people, you’re sowing a seed for God to be good to you!
